Is Pregnancy Possible While On Depo Shot Post Unprotected Sex?

Every 3 months I take my depo shot. On Sunday , April 12, 2015 my period arrived and on Thursday night I had unprotected sex but the thing is I haven t taken my Depo shot still. What is the possibility of me becoming pregnant? Let s just say for example I take my Depo Shot now can I become pregnant and will it affect the baby?
