Is Pregnancy Possible While On Euthyrox For Thyroid?

hellow doctor, i am 25 years women with married life 3 years.before 6 months i got pregnent but it was a missed abortion at 12 weeks.i have thyroid problem my TSH is 4.53iuU/ml now i am taking Euthyrox25 mcg.is there any problem for geting pregnency and child birth?
