Is Pregnancy Possible While On Nexaplanon Implant?

My nexplanon expires in November and I m a little frightened bcos a few times it shifted a little in my arm but I did manage to get it back in place. Anyways it s been about a month since i had unprotected sex with my bf and since then I ve always had cramps, I ve noticed a chance in my weight, I get random spotting and I tend to feel tired a lot. Is it possible to get pregnant on nexplanon?
