Is Pregnancy Possible While On Contraceptive Pills?

Hi. I’m having quite a few pregnancy symptoms, however I have had an unusual period and have tested negatively on two home pregnancy tests. I am also taking the contraceptive pill (combined pill – Yasmin). I’m just seeking the opinion of a professional as to whether there is a possibility I could be pregnant.
