Is Pregnancy Possible While On Implant?

Is it possible to be pregnant even know iam on the implant and had been prescribed norethisterone because since getting the implant I hadn't stop bleeding and is it see after you stop the norethisterone you should take a period within 2-3 day and I still haven't. So is it possible I might be pregnant ?
