Is Pregnancy Possible While Taking Primolut-N And Fertipil Together?

hi it is possible to fall pregnant while taking primolut n and fertipil at the same time ? my peroids were absent for a months and my doctor advised me to take primolut n and fertipil but i havent seen my periods and i have mood swings and lower abdominal area has cramps and im craving... please help
