Is Pregnancy Possible With History Of Tubal Ligation?

Hi I had my tubes tied 8 years ago and haven t missed a period since but last month I had my period feb 1 only for one day when usually it s 3 days and I still haven t started my period for this month. Took a home test it said neg. What are the chances that I could get a false neg could I be pregnant ?
