Is Pregnancy Possible With One Fallopian Tube?

I only have my left fallopian tube. So im wondering can i still concieve and I'm now 35 years old. I lost my right tube due to a tubal pregnancy and It erupted... this was about 13- 14 yrs ago I recently had gastric bypass and have lost about 80 lbs will be a year in april
