Is Pregnancy Possible With Polycystic Ovary?

i am 23 yrs and 3 months married i got a recent ultrasound a month back it shows that right ovary large and left ovary of normal size but appears polycystic with a peripheral arrangement of small follicles, my endometrium measures 5.6 mm, of normal morphology. can i still get pregant with all these problems.
