Is Pregnancy Possible Within One Month Of Abortion?

i had a miscarage on the 2nd of october, and had unprotected sex again on the 14th of october, i showed very early signs with my last pregnancy and now today have noticed my boobs are sore and the line from my belly button downwards has become darker, the same signs as before. is it possible i could be pregnant again?
