Is Pregnancy Possible Without Sexual Intercourse?

Hi me and my boyfriend were getting a little wild and I pulled my pants down and he rubbed his penis on the outside of my vagina but he had thin shorts on and thin boxers. He then ejaculated. I got up as soon as I felt the warmth of it. Do I risk pregnancy?? Like can the sperm get through those two thin layers of clothing??
