Is Pregnancy Possible Without The Discharge Of Semen?

I was wondering if i may have fallen pregnant. About 24 hours ago, I didn't exactly have sexual intercourse with someone, but his unprotected penis was in contact with me for a matter of about a minute and he didn't get very far in because I stopped it due to the fact it was unprotected, and we were both under the influence at the time - i wouldn't have taken such a risk otherwise. He did not climax whatsoever before or during our interaction, but I've been reading up on 'precum' pregnancy, and we were together for about 5 hours before any of this happened and therefore I know for sure he hadn't climaxed at all during this time. Plus, he had also gone to the bathroom before hand (i read that apparently clears the urethra from any substance possibly there). I am having very slight abdominal pains, but i was having that before last night because my time of the month is coming soon. I don't know if I'm just being paranoid.
