Is Pregnancy Safe During Labyrinthitis?

I have had labyrinthitis for the past year and 3 months...I don't get vertigo (except for initial attack Sep 2009), but I constantly feel unsteady or dizzy. It worsens during my period. My husband and I want another baby and I'm not sure if the labyrinthitis will worsen or permanently be worse...any thoughts? Please help!
