Is Pregnancy Still Possible After Having Menstrual Cycle Followed By Sex?

hi doctor,
i've taken an ec care pill after we got a doubt.we dint really have the intercourse but took the pill to stay on the safe side. after a week i got periods which was two weeks earlier than my usual periods. Now is there a chance i can still get pregnant?
