Is Pregnancy Within One Month Of Abortion Safe?

Good Evening Doc, I'm 26. weight 64kgs.I had my D&C on 29 nov 2010 due to lack of baby's heart beat in the 2nd month pregnacy itself.After abortion my Doctor suggested me, to use tablets to regularise periods for 3 months and 2months Biopreg. I got my LMP on jan3rd 2011.We took safety measures during sex unfortunately it failed.But till now i didn't get my period.Now I had a doubt that if i was pregnant ?and secondly if it is yes.Is pregancy within one month of abortion is good or not? will there be any side effects?
