Is Premature Ejaculation A Side Effect Of Tazzle?

Hi I am taking Tazzle 10 mg when I feel to have. but not regular.
But when I take Tazzle I have very good everything. the problem is I have digestion problem and eyes blurriness, I get angry very fast. and some time headache.
Basically I have No Problem in erection, but ejaculation is very fast before I feel it went over so she has no satisfaction. I have consult a Dr. I got prescribe Tazzle. After taking Tazzle I have Longer Stay and size better. I would like to know any side effects.
I am happy to take once in a week.
