Is Pressure Like Headache In The Back Of Head A Cause For Concern?

i have this pressure like head pain in the back of my head...it hurts more when i turn to the right. most of the pain is on the left rear part of my head and increased to the right . i have taken IB 800mg and it has done nothing for this pressure...should i be concerned?
