Is Progesterone In The Vaginal Suppository Made From Synthetic Progesterone?

Hi. My question is with regards to progesterone vaginal and if the progesterone in the vaginal suppository is made from synthetic progesterone or if it is natural occurring progesterone? I am looking for sources of natural progesterone and am thinking this may be the best option. Thank you for your response.
