Is Prolonged Vaginal Bleeding And Spotting In Between Normal While On Coil?

Hi have copper coil on 19 of March on 8of March I had my period .After the coil was fitted I ve had spotting until 26th then came more havy bleeding with very slight cramps had this up to 29th of March.I suppose to have my period 5th of Aprill they did not came until 7th of Aprill had just one day normal period bleed then stoped since The 7 th of April every thing stoped untill 18 th Aprill which starting spotting again I thought is period coming but it das not fell like one, I checked the threads still there I am confused could I be pregnant with a coil still in place
