Is Radiofrequency Rhizotomy Also Called Radiofrequency Ablation Better Than Nerve

Is radiofrequency rhizotomy also called radiofrequency ablation better than nerve stimulation? I am a former world champion powerlifter and all the nerves in my lumbar region are literally compressed on top of each other. I have been in terrible pain for over seven year. I have had numerous injections in the nerves in my back but I don't get any relief. What would you suggest? Thanks for helping me.
