Is Recurring Chest Pains Related To Sarcoidosis?

Two or three times a week I get chest pains, tingling down my left side and what feels like tightness under my armpit. Usually I take a aspirin and it slowly goes away but its happening more often and lasting longer. I was diagnosed with Sarcoidosis four years ago and wondering if it could be back?
