Is Recurring Morning Nausea With Lifelong Headaches A Sign Of A Brain Tumor Or Just Travel-related?

Hi, I’ve had headaches my whole life. I just traveled to England and have been nauseous and vomiting only in the mornings for three days. The nausea dissipates in the afternoon and returns the next morning. Is this normal ? I’m scared I have a brain tumor. Pls help.
