Is Red Rashes On Penis And Frequent Urination Sign Of Balanitis?

Hi, may I answer your health queries right now ? Please type your query here...I have balanitis I think... Red rash on glans of penis, sore foreskin and stinging after sex.... I am also urinating very frequently during the day when wearing jeans.... Is the sensitivity in my penis rubbing in my underwear and jeans giving me the sensation to pee all the time? Also my penis is retracting into my body and is not as thick as usual.... Is this some sort of reaction to the sensitivity being experienced?
