Is Red, Swollen And Painful Vagina During 39th Week Of Pregnancy A Cause For Concern?

Okay so, I'm 39 + 3 weeks pregnant and ive been having alot of shooting pains in my lower region due to baby being really low and today i went to check myself and all my vaginal area is red and puffy and has swollen, ive never noticed it go like this before, should i be worried?
