Is Regrowth Of Polyp Possible Post Surgical Removal?

I have made a surgery to take out a polyp in December 4th, 2014.My gynecologist said that everything is clean at that time but after 2 month I did the hystherography and she find inside a polyp when I ask her she said you are growing polyp fast is it possible in 2 month and what is the solution
