Dr says I am high risk for fractures. I take Vit D, also a blood pressure medicine(Benazapril, and a 20mg statin for cholesterol. Also potassium 3 times wk, and low dose asprin 2 x's a day. I eat a healthy diet and am walking and exercising 3 times a week.
