Is Removal Of Cervix Advisable During Hysterectomy?

I am wondering what the latest thinking is regarding whether a woman should keep her cervix or not when she has an abdominal hysterectomy. I've read both sides, but most opinions are pretty old. Some say it can help with sexual pleasure, but others say it doesn't matter at all.
