Is Repeated Test Needed After Obscured Ovaries Due To Fibroids?

i didnt get periods for the last three months iam 43years for the last one week iam feeling heavyness on my lower abdomen usg was done multiple fibroide were detected in the uterus both the ovaries were obscurred last weak i had taken progesterone will i go for tvs after the next period
