Is Replacing Cipralex And Pristic By Prozac A Good Decision?

hello, I have been suggested about replacing cipralex (20mg) + pristic (50mg) by Prozac or Paxil or Prozac as they are more effective for depression, and because I am also taking Wellbutrin (300mg) and Dexedrine (40mg). What is your opinion on which one can help me the best with depression, knowing I am very concern about drowsiness, weight gain and fatigue I absolutely want to avoid.
