Is Resting Heart Beat Of 84 Bpm In A 22 Year Old Male Normal?

im a 22 year old male and My resting heart rate is currently at 84 bpm and I am just lying in bed watching TV before bed. is this bad? I am a smoker and I do not have the healthiest of diets, I eat alot of greens and I am on my feet all day at work doing 10,000 steps everyday at least but I am still worried so my question is, is my bpm bad?
