Is Right Pleurodiaphragmatic Adhesion Found On My Chest X-ray A Concerning Issue, Given My History Of Thoracentesis?

Good day Year 2006 I undergo thoracentesis procedure at my right lungs after that and as years goes by I m always worried with my condition & paranoid that it might come back. So whenever I feel pain and short breathing I immediately do chest x-ray (PA) but thank God most of the results we re ok some have findings of light phuemonia. But today my result is kind of scared, the finding is right pleurodiaphragmatic adhesion . Is that alarming? I went to the hospital but most of the doctors are on vacation, some have an seminar and considering it s holiday season. Thank you
