Is Safe Pregnancy Possible After An Abortion?

hello sir, I did abortion around 12 months ago by using pill which is given by doctor, but now i want to get pregnant within 2 months. Is it possible to get after 1st abortion? if yes then how? please help me out. I m i wnt to be a mother now. pls reply fast.
