Is Saffron In Milk Safe For A Child?

Hi, My daughter is 8 year old. Can I give Saffron mixed milk to her?. She is allergic to Tomato, East, Almond and Coconut. Allergy level is moderate. She is having extreme dry skin. Other than these no other health issue. Please advice Regards Uma
