Is Scholl's Freeze Away Treatment Recommended For Facial Blemishes?

I have about four days before a performing audition. I've been trying to get rid of some facial blemishes for years. They look like warts, but I'm not a hundred percent. Can I use the Dr Scholl's Freeze away treatment, even though they're on my face, and it's not recommended?
