Is Screening Of Hepatitis A And B Is As Important As Hepatitis C?

I had a Igm level of 407 and alt of 47 went back and fourth to rhemutologis and encologist due to m spike.Now that I'm looking over all reports from both doctor noticed I was tested for hep c but didn't do panel on hep a and b don't understand if they screened for c and it was negative why they didn't screen for a and b.Should I be nervous
