Is Sectional Or Medicinal Procedure For Abortion Less Painful?

Hi, I'm 21 years old and I am going in for an abortion in 5 days. I'm very sad about this but I cannot have this child. I'm about 7 weeks along- which method (suction or medicinal) is said to have less pain associated with the procedure? Also, what kind of painkillers will they give me so I don't die of pain? As I have a high tolerance to these medicines- can they prescribe something potent?
