Is Septran Safe For Frequent Itching In Urethra Of A Child

with 25 to 50HPF (pus cells) in the urine of a girl child , 14.5 kg which is first line drug to start with , do you suggest septran syr. then what should be the dosage for this child, no temp., only slight , dysuria, frequent micturation itching in urethra...,kindly advice.. (The girl is having history of congenital V.U.R.) Thanks
