Is Severe Bleeding With Large Clots And Intense Abdominal Pain, Lasting For 3 Weeks, Normal With Ovarian Cysts?

I have severe heavy bleeding large blood clots and really bad abdomen pain. I m literally pushing the clots out as if I were giving birth.
