Is Severe Headache Related To Neurological Problem?

Hi. I'm 26 years old. I am having a sever head ache on the upper sides of my brain. On medical surveys, I was not identified, migraine or Sinus or any other serious problem. But no medicine has controlled or reduced this headache. Can you please let me know whether this is related to Nuero? Meenakshi
