Is Severe Pain In The Place Of Gallbladder Post Gallbladder Removal Normal?

I just had gall bladder surgery on Tuesday and I was fine until Friday evening and I got up out of my chair and felt a terrible pain at the place where the gall bladder use to be. I tried to call the doctor but his office answer machine picked up. I left a message but I doubt he will get it before Monday. I have the pain when I deep breath and when I cough or sneeze(sneezing is awful) Don t know if I should go to the hospital or just tuff itup until Monday. It hurts to sit down and get up I m not sure what to do . Is this normal for this surgery no bleeding or signs at the site.
