Is Severe Upper Abdominal, Chest, Shoulder, And Neck Pain After Robotic Laparoscopic Gallbladder Surgery Normal?

I had a robotic laparoscopic gallbladder surgery on Wednesday. Yesterday afternoon I started having severe pain in my upper abdomen, upper chest, both tips of my shoulders up into my neck. Pain is worse when I breathe. What is causing this and what can I do to get relief? The narcotic I’m taking for pain isn’t helping. Is this normal, or should I go to the ER?
