Is Sex Advisable For A Person With Heart Disease?

at 47 i had a stroke.now im 50 . from a clot that broke off my mitro valve repair of my heart. i am currently left side affccted, which sucks. Is it safe for me to have sex? all my penis seem to still work the same as it did bfore the strok. which is great. but iss it safe? i know my heartrate will increase. any precutions i should take? I dont need another heart or stroke issue. thanks dave
