Is Sex Advisable While Having Sebaceous Cysts In Vagina?

i was recently diagnosed with sebatious cysts in the vagina, i just got off of my cycle and noticed the pimple like bumps there are several small ones throught the entire area, how long do they usually take to go away and can i have sex with my husband still when they are there

my doctor says i might have had them a while and never knew or they could be from the pads rubbing from my cycle, i wash good on the outside of my vagina but is it really safe to wash on the inside were the cysts are dont want to risk a urinary trac infection from the soap getting inside, is it self cleaning on the inside as long as I keep up with it on the outside using dial bar soap, was so shocked too nervous to ask all these questions in person
