Is Sharp Pain In Lower Abdomen After Being On Primolut N Serious?

Hi, may I answer your health queries right now ? Please type your query here...Hi, i was treated with december last year for prolonged menstrual bleeding. I did a pelvic scan that revealed there were no cysts, they basically found nothing in it. The bleeding stopped by itself and the specialist prescribed Primolut-N. I had a forewarned bleeding after taking it. The problem is since that bleed in January i havent had a cycle bleed yet and for about a week now i have sometimes sharp lower abdominal pain mostly to my left side. Should i be worried?
