Is Significant Inflammation And Fluid In The Adnexae And Pouch Of Douglas Dangerous, Treatable, And Can It Affect Fertility?

Hi I’m 25years old I did a pelvic scan the result for was there is significant inflammatory tissue reaction in both Adnexae as well as in the pouch of Douglas causing poor interface between pelvic organs. There is moderate free fluid collection in the pouch of Douglas. No mass. Cavity empty with normal endometrial thickness no fibroid, no cyst.I want know if this is dangerous any treatment for it. Can it affect your chances of getting pregnant?
