Is Sinus Causing My Persisting Headache?

HI ,
I Have synus problem..and there are contradicting opinions ..i met doc in fortis nagarbhavi ---he says i need an surgery . whne i met doc mahadevaiah---basavangudi--he says it is not at all synus i am confused with 2 contradicting opinions kindly help me to take a decision...i am an student i am not able to study due to sevear head ache and it's affecting my career.
