Is Sinus Curable?

hi doc I have been suffering from sinus problem from the last 5-6 years and it getting worst.Normally what happens is that my nostrils gets totally bloked from the exsses fluid secretion.I use otriven toremove the block and help me breath while sleeping.I constantly sneeze 12-15 times once sneezing starts and I get cold once in every month or in an interval of 15 days.I consulted doctors.they say I dont need surgery and it cannot be healed.can you pleses suggest sinus specialist in Kolkata and is sinus cureable
