Is Sinus Infections, Related With Headache, Eye Pain And Bloody Nose?

i have looked up symptoms of synus infections, and am experiencing many of of the symptoms going along with a sinus infection behind the eyes mainly sinus pain, recurent head aches, eye pain, and sinus preasure around inside corners of eyes. plus a lot of the time i'm blowing my nose blood is most of what comes out. I know that blood in your mucus is most often a sign of dry sinuses, but I feel there is more blood in my nose than from just dry sinus cavities. Do I have a sinus infection, or just bad allergies?
