Is Sitting On The Ground Harmful When Placenta Is In Front Region?

Hello Doctor My placenta is in the front side so my doctor has advised not to bend down or sit on the ground. But i do not face any problem while sitting on the ground. Is there any problem which can be created by this please guide. I am into my 5th month pregnancy
