Is Skin Lite Cream Advisable For Dark Spots On Face?

hello,,,sir/ my name is neha my age:18 i have dark spots on my face,,,,,,i want to use SKIN LITE cream wich contains [hydroquinone + tretinoin+ mometasone furoate cream]..... i want you to suggest can i use it,,,and please let me no any side effects of this..... when and how???? should i stop using this cream....
